Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist for a reputable construction company based in Irvine, California. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and organizing all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining project documents, including contracts, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Coordinating with project teams to gather and distribute necessary documents.
  • Monitoring document revisions and ensuring all changes are logged and communicated effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry document control standards.
  • Providing support to project managers and team members regarding document control processes.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of document control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in document control within the construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details:

The salary range for this position is $23 - $24 per hour.
